These terms apply to your use of techzyre.com and to services provided by TechZyre. By using the website or our services, you agree to them.

Services and quotes

Each project is described in a written quote or proposal that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment milestones. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Payments

Payment terms are stated in each quote. Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins and AI API usage are billed as agreed.

Ownership

After full payment, the client owns the delivered website, content and design created specifically for them. Third-party software remains under its own licence. TechZyre may show completed work in its portfolio unless the client asks otherwise.

SEO and AI visibility

Search engines and AI systems decide their own results. TechZyre does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or AI mentions, but commits to professional, guideline-compliant work and transparent reporting.

Academy

Students must bring their own laptop and follow academy rules. Certificates are issued only after the course and final project are completed, and may be revoked if obtained dishonestly.

Liability

TechZyre is not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers or changes made by others after handover.
